We are so excited to be running another “Game Team” event, sanctioned by Curious Pastimes!

PRELUDE 2025 was the largest ever CP sanctioned event. We got some great feedback and we are using that to make AFTERMATH 2025 even better.

We have lots of ideas for this and think you are going to really love what we are planning.

This guide has been produced to answer the most common questions and help get you excited about this event.

Event Premise

A small Norscan outpost seeks the help of the Warhost dealing with a terrifying and howling threat.

This threat needs all the factions to work together if it is to be defeated.

Event Basics

• Location: Leslie Sell Scout Camp, Bedfordshire
• Capacity: ~110 player spaces and ~40 crew spaces
• Expect tickets to sell quickly

Price

• Players: £75 (+£25 for catering)
• Crew: Free (+ £15 for catering)

Deposit

You must purchase your ticket in full or pay a £25 deposit to secure your place.

All balances must be fully settled by 24th September 2025 or your ticket may be reallocated.

Who Should Attend?

We pride ourselves on running immersive, inclusive and fun events. AFTERMATH 2025 will have horror elements, especially at night.

It is a high-threat, high-reward event. Suitable for non-combatants. Special Effects and Pyro may be used.

Note: This event is strictly 18+.

Build / Costume

We are planning the largest ever custom build for a Sanctioned event, forming an integral part of the plot.

There will also be bespoke costumes for NPCs and monsters - some of these are really special!

Sleeping

• Bunks are available for crew only
• Limited indoor player sleeping (first-come basis; some set aside for accessibility)
• Bring camp bed and bedding if indoors
• Unlimited camping space available

Catering

Catered ticket includes:

• Friday evening
• Saturday: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Sunday: breakfast and lunch
• Plus: tea, coffee, fruit and crisps available throughout

Site

The site is flat and spacious with fields, woods, and buildings. Well-suited to LRP events.

Showers and toilets are available.

Note: There are no indoor cooking facilities for players.
